Job summary

Adspot Advertising is seeking a Marketing Executive to supervise field activities for outdoor advertising campaigns. You will inspect sites, coordinate with installation teams and vendors, and ensure campaigns meet client specifications and timelines.

Fresh graduates with good communication and organizational skills are welcome, with a willingness to travel to various locations. Smartphone reporting basics and a driving licence are preferred, as you’ll work outdoors across locations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in field supervision, operations, advertising, or related field preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and organizational skills may apply.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day field activities related to outdoor advertising.
• Visit and inspect advertising sites regularly to ensure proper installation and display of advertisements.
• Coordinate with installation teams, workers, contractors, and vendors.
• Supervise the installation, removal, replacement, and maintenance of flex, hoardings, billboards, bus shelter advertisements, side-pole advertisements, and other outdoor displays.
• Ensure all advertising materials are installed properly and according to the required specifications.
• Ensure work is completed within the scheduled time and as per client requirements.
• Take photographs and provide updates of completed installations and site conditions.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or improperly displayed advertising materials.
• Coordinate with the office and marketing team regarding site requirements and campaign execution.
• Handle and resolve field-related issues efficiently.
• Maintain records of site visits, installations, maintenance, and completed work.
• Ensure that field workers follow proper safety practices while carrying out installation and maintenance work.
• Monitor the quality and condition of advertising displays at assigned locations.
• Travel to different locations as required for site inspections and supervision.

Requirements:

• Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
