Aparna Constructions And Estates in Hyderabad is seeking an OOH Media Operations professional to lead outdoor media placements, negotiate with vendors, and drive brand visibility across airports, transit hubs, and large-format displays.

You will map competitors, monitor inventory, and report on reach and frequency to optimize campaigns while expanding media opportunities and ensuring cost efficiency.

Job description

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Operations

• Identify and strategically manage outdoor media placements, ensuring strong display for increased recall/awareness
• Conduct competition mapping to gather insights into competitor media strategies, ensuring relevant information is integrated into the system for informed decision-making.
• Enhance brand equity by identifying and leveraging new media opportunities, such as airport, ambient media, large-format media, and small-format media advertising to expand brand presence and reach
• Implement innovations across OOH Media Sites
• To expand to new markets & be ahead in the dynamic media landscape, continually upgrading and creating impacting to maximize brand exposure and effectiveness.
• Periodic recces & monitoring the outdoor media display day & night recces as needed for upkeep of outdoor as per brand norms.
• Identify and negotiate with outdoor media vendors to secure the best rates and placements at both Macro & Micro levels for optimum brand presence.
• Identifying innovative Outdoor Media: Traffic Booths, Petrol Pumps, and Mall & Theatre Branding & more
• MIS & Reporting of overall outdoor inventory of Aparna constructions. Monitor the frequency of media placements and tracking the number of appearances to optimize visibility and impact.
• Periodic competition tracking – SOV & SOE.
• Strong negotiation skills for finalising monthly rates & contracts as per organisation requirements, reviewing time and again to stay within budgets.
