Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation in India is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to perform planned preventive maintenance and breakdown support on customer sites. You will follow customer schedules, collect QR codes, update PM call IDs in the FSM app, and ensure proper part codes and serial numbers are captured.

This role requires PPE, uniform compliance, and clear email communications with customers for preintimation, reports, and post-service surveys.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on customer equipment on site.
• Work with PM schedules, collect PM data, and verify PM Call IDs in FSM App.
• Take photos of serial number stickers and capture aging on capacitors and batteries.
• Generate manual PM reports and share with customers via email using prescribed format.
• Close PM calls in FSM App with customer acknowledgement and e-signatures.
• Upload PM reports against each Call ID in the system.
• Communicate with customers to obtain scheduling for PPM and provide preintimation emails.
• Provide lead generation input to service sales team during/after PM activity.
• Maintain spare part lists (model-wise) and ensure firmware versions are up to date.
• Handle breakdown calls with appropriate PPE and compliant uniform during visits.

• Performing PM on field as Per Customer Schedule
• Take snaps of Serial Number Sticker
• Capture aging of AC/DC Capacitors & Batteries as well
• firmware Versions
• Generating Manual PM Report indiacting PM Call ID in Report & Sharing to Customer Via Email with prescribe format
• Closer of PM Call in FSM App duly signed by Customers (Automated getting link in CMS)
• Manual uploading on PM Report against each Call ID
• Appreciation Email from Customers
• Once Closer of PM Call in FSM App, Within 3 days Qualtrics Customer Survey gets Trigger to Customer Email ID
• Lead generation to Service sale team
• Power analysers
• Hioki Battery impedance Meter
• Breakdown Call Fix
• Spare Part list including Part Codes (Model Wise)
