Job summary

JobTrade is seeking a Field Service Technician – Access Control & Door Automation to install, commission, service and maintain access control systems at customer sites.

You will perform preventive maintenance, test systems, diagnose issues, and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of field service jobs. A valid driving license and two-wheeler are mandatory, with travel to customer sites required.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics.
• Experience in field service, installation, or maintenance preferred.
• Two-wheeler / bike is a must.
• Valid Driving License is required.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

• Install and service electronic and mechanical security systems at customer locations.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, adjustments, and corrective repairs.
• Test systems after installation or repair to ensure proper operation and safety compliance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in installed systems.
• Coordinate with supervisors, project teams, and office staff to complete service jobs on schedule.
• Maintain proper service records and report completed work.
• Travel to customer sites for installation, maintenance, and service requirements.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards during installation and service activities.

Eligibility Criteria
