Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP configuration, network printing).

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and commission printers, multifunction devices, and related peripherals at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair tasks on devices as per MPS schedules.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site resolutions to minimize downtime.
• Monitor devices and report usage, errors, and maintenance requirements through MPS management software.
• Manage Customer service deliverables (toner, parts) efficiently to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain accurate service records, including work orders, service reports, and parts usage.
• Monthly basis Reading updation necessary for Field tagged printers.

Educational Qualifications:

• Diploma/bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field.

Required Experience:

• Age Criteria: Below 35 Years
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in servicing printers, copiers, and multifunction devices.
• Prior experience in Managed Print Services (MPS) environment is preferred.
• Experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of devices from OEMs like HP, Canon, Ricoh, Xerox, etc.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP configuration, network printing, driver installation).
• Proven experience in handling customer support and on‑site service activities.
• Familiarity with service tools, ticketing systems, and reporting.
