Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/ BE/B.Tech in Printing technology or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in graphic art industry, servicing printing equipment.
• Good knowledge of offset, sheetfed and large format printing machinery.

Job description

Role: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Delhi & Bangalore

Desired Profile:

• Diploma/ BE/B.Tech in Printing technology/ Mechanical Engineering is preferrable.
• Relevant work experience of minimum 2 years in Graphic Art Industry especially in servicing of Printing equipment
• A very good knowledge of offset/sheetfed/large format printing machineries candidates are preferred.
• Excellent business communication in English is mandatory.
• Willing to travel extensively.
• Deliver high level of technical service and support to both internal and external customers in installations and servicing of equipment as per the guidelines of Heidelberg Customer Service Department.
• Support sales operations with respect to field technical issues, customer complaints and sales opportunities.
• Develop customer support standards by ensuring first time fixing service issues, improved customer response time and efficiently manage overall service operational cost of the region.
