  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 3–4 years of professional experience with low‑voltage and medium‑voltage drives.
  • Hands‑on experience with installation and commissioning of electrical drives.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Good understanding of electrical drive systems and industrial applications.

Responsibilities

  • Execute field service activities involving low‑ and medium‑voltage drives in accordance with work instructions, quality standards, safety requirements, and service processes.
  • Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical analysis of drive systems onsite and remotely where applicable.
  • Work directly with customers to understand operational challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and help eliminate technical pain points.
  • Diagnose equipment and process failures, determine root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Develop recommendations to prevent recurring issues and improve reliability and performance.
  • Prepare material and equipment lists for service activities and ensure parts and resources meet quality requirements.
  • Plan and execute service activities with first‑time‑right mindset, maintaining urgency and customer focus.
  • Communicate technical findings and progress clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures in customer environments.

You will execute field service activities across low‑and medium‑voltage drives, helping customers maintain reliable and efficient operations.
The position combines installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, technical analysis, and proactive problem-solving.
You will work directly with customers to identify operational pain points and recommend practical improvements.
A strong focus on first‑time‑right execution, safety, quality, and responsiveness will be essential to your success.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline.
  • 3–4 years of professional experience working with low‑voltage and medium‑voltage drives.
  • Demonstrated hands‑on experience with the installation and commissioning of electrical drives.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to analyze equipment and process failures effectively.
  • Good understanding of electrical drive systems and industrial applications.
  • Strong problem‑solving capabilities and a proactive approach to identifying and preventing recurring technical issues.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers in field environments.
  • Customer‑oriented mindset with a strong focus on responsiveness, service quality, and first‑time‑right execution.
  • Ability to work independently onsite while following safety procedures, technical standards, and established service processes.
  • Willingness and ability to work in an onsite/customer‑facing field service environment.
