About The Opportunity

Primary Title

Field Service Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and configuration of commercial fitness equipment (treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, strength machines) across customer locations.
• Diagnose and repair electro‑mechanical and electronic faults—conduct PCB‑level diagnostics, replace components, and validate repairs to meet SLA targets.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and inspections to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifecycle.
• Manage spare parts inventory, prepare service reports, and update the service management system for each job.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and elevate complex issues to engineering or product teams with clear reproduction steps and logs.
• Deliver basic customer training on safe operation and routine maintenance; represent the company professionally on‑site.
