Job summary

Abhinav Futuristics in Bengaluru is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced robotic rehabilitation systems and medical devices across hospitals and healthcare facilities. You will travel extensively across India for installations, customer support, and training, while performing preventive maintenance and resolving faults to ensure maximum uptime.

The role requires a Diploma/BE/B.Tech in related engineering and 2–6 years of hands-on service

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related Engineering.
• 2–6 years of experience in servicing medical devices, rehabilitation equipment, physiotherapy equipment, sports medicine systems, or capital equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electronic and electromechanical systems.
• Basic knowledge of networking, Windows OS, and software installation.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, calibrate, and validate advanced rehabilitation and sports medicine equipment.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, software, and electromechanical faults.
• Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and equipment handovers.
• Ensure site readiness and coordinate installation activities with customers.
• Maintain service reports, preventive maintenance schedules, installation records, and spare inventory.
• Coordinate with Sales, Application Specialists, and Logistics teams for seamless customer support.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and service standards.
• Travel extensively across India for installations and customer support.
