Job summary

TIA Technology India Pvt. Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a Service Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain bagging machines, weighing systems and industrial automation equipment while delivering excellent customer support.

You will calibrate load cells, work with PLC/HMI/VFD basics, train operators, document service visits, and coordinate with Design, Production, QA, Sales and Spare Parts teams. Extensive travel across India and overseas is required.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, EEE, Instrumentation, Mechatronics.
• 2 to 5 years' experience in bagging machines, packaging machinery, weighing systems, SPM or industrial automation.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and trial run of bagging, weighing and packaging machines.
• Calibrate load cells, weigh hoppers and weighing controllers.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, sensors, electrical panels, pneumatics and mechanical assemblies.
• Attend breakdowns and perform preventive maintenance.
• Prepare commissioning, service and visit reports with machine performance observations.
• Train customer operators on operation, maintenance and safety.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, QA, Sales and Spare Parts departments.
• Support AMC, warranty, retrofits, upgrades and machine relocation.
• Recommend critical spares and maintain customer service records.
• Follow SOPs, quality standards and EHS requirements.

Job Summary

Qualification & Experience

2 to 5 years' experience in bagging machines, packaging machinery, weighing systems, SPM or
industrial automation.
