Job summary

Sankar Sealing is seeking a dynamic medical sales professional to drive growth in the hospital segment. You will develop and execute sales plans, identify leads, and build relationships with decision-makers while presenting medical products and negotiating contracts.

The role requires excellent communication, willingness to travel extensively, and ability to work independently to meet targets across the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and execute sales plans.
• Experience in lead generation and hospital client management.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plan to achieve monthly sales targets and expand customer base.
• Identify and qualify new leads through market and customer visits in person.
• Lead management thru research, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals.
• Present and demonstrate medical products highlighting features and benefits and make sales.
• Negotiated sales orders and contracts to secure business opportunities.
• Provide quotation & proposals to address customer inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise.
