Job summary

Codemech Solutions is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to promoting and selling our IT solutions. You will actively visit clients in Ahmedabad, identify needs, generate leads and drive sales while building lasting relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. A two-wheeler with valid license is preferred and a six-day work week is typical.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or freshers welcome; field sales experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn about software and IT services.
• Strong communication and convincing skills to explain services.
• Interest in sales, lead generation and converting prospects to clients.
• Comfortable travelling locally and meeting clients in person.
• Self-motivated, confident and eager to learn.
• Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits across Ahmedabad to meet potential clients and business owners.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable digital solutions.
• Generate qualified leads through direct visits, networking, referrals, and local market research.
• Build relationships with business owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
• Arrange client meetings, requirement discussions, and demonstrations with the internal team.
• Follow up with prospects through phone, email, WhatsApp and personal visits.
• Coordinate with the technical team to understand client requirements and support proposals.
• Negotiate within pricing guidelines and help close sales opportunities.
• Maintain daily field visit records, lead details, and sales reports.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Identify referral opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.

Qualification and Skills:

Eligibility Criteria: Only male candidates are eligible to apply for this position.
