NoBroker is India’s leading prop-tech unicorn, seeking a Field Relationship Manager for Packers & Movers in Hyderabad. You will be the on-ground face, visiting customer locations, coordinating with vendor partners, and ensuring moves from pre-survey to post-service feedback are completed smoothly.

The role demands owning a bike with a valid license, 3 years of field sales/logistics coordination experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations for pre-move surveys and assess requirements.

• Be the single point of contact throughout relocation.
• Handle escalations, damage complaints and service issues promptly.

• Update CRM with visit logs and customer details daily.
• Meet weekly and monthly field visit and conversion targets.

About the Role

As a Field Relationship Manager, you will be the face of NoBroker on the ground visiting customer locations, coordinating with vendor partners, and ensuring every move is executed smoothly from pre-survey to post-service feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations for pre-move surveys and accurately assess household volume, special items, and logistical requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with empanelled PNM vendors and moving partners in your assigned territory.
• Coordinate end-to-end move execution packing, loading, transit, unloading, and unpacking ensuring adherence to committed timelines.
• Act as a single point of contact for the customer throughout the relocation journey.
• Handle on-ground escalations, damage complaints, and service issues with prompt resolution.
• Collect customer feedback and service completion confirmations post-move.
• Identify upsell opportunities for value-added services such as home cleaning, storage, and painting.
• Update job status, visit logs, and customer details in the CRM on a daily basis.
• Meet weekly and monthly field visit and conversion targets assigned by the team lead.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Own bike + valid driving licence non-negotiable. The role requires daily field visits across the city.
• 03 years of experience in field sales, logistics coordination, or customer relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills comfortable dealing with customers and vendors on the ground.
• Self-driven, punctual, and target-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable using smartphone apps and basic CRM/Google Sheets for daily reporting.
• Graduates preferred; HSC with relevant field experience will also be considered.
• Local candidates with good knowledge of city geography will have an advantage.
