Job summary

Policybazaar invites a Relationship Manager - Field Sales Executive in Vadodara to engage customers, understand their insurance needs, recommend suitable solutions, and help them make informed financial decisions.

You will travel daily, meet at least 3 customers per day, use a two-wheeler for mobility, and use smartphones and GPS apps to reach leads. This is a field-facing role focused on relationship building and consultative selling.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales of insurance preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel daily and meet customers in person.

Role: Relationship Manager - Field Sales Executive (Insurance Sales) Location: Vadodara

About The Job

As a Field Sales Executive, you will meet customers in person, understand their insurance needs, recommend suitable insurance solutions, and help them make informed financial decisions. This is a customer-facing role that combines relationship building, consultative selling, and field.

Role Expectations

• Working Days: 6-day work week.
• Weekly Off: One fixed weekly off between Monday and Friday (no weekend offs).
• Travel: Daily field travel of approximately 50-80 km.
• Customer Meetings: Minimum 3 successful customer meetings per day, subject to lead availability.
• Mobility: Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred for effective field mobility.
• Technology: Comfortable using smartphones, GPS navigation, and company mobile applications.

ISMS Responsibilities

• Be aware and comply with the ISMS Policy, procedures and objectives; Actively participate in ISMS exercise,
• Request access to information access from their Team Leaders/Executives,
• Report known and suspected security incidents to the IT Helpdesk;
• Protect secrecy of passwords, and
• Protect information assets used by them against compromise of assets confidentiality, integrity or availability.
