Job summary

Aakash Institute is seeking Field Sales Executives for its Udupi location. You will meet students and parents in the field, understand their needs, and help them choose the right courses and programs.

You will generate leads through school outreach, local community engagement, and field visits, driving admissions and meeting targets. Regular travel within the assigned area is expected, with strong communication and negotiation skills required.

• Build and maintain strong relationships in the local market
• Share market feedback and competitor insights with the team

Eligibility Criteria

• Male candidates only
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing
• Prior B2C sales experience in any industry is mandatory
• Comfortable with field sales activities and regular travel within the assigned area
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Kannada is an added advantage
