Job Description

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our team for Mobile Protection Plan Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales through field visits and customer interactions.
• Promote and sell Mobile Protection Plans.
• Achieve the monthly sales target.
• Make a minimum of 10 field visits per day.
• Maintain regular customer follow-ups.
• Submit daily field visit and sales reports.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 15,000 - 25,000 per month
• (Based on experience & company policy)
• Monthly Target: 130 Sales
• Full Salary Eligibility: Minimum 65 Sales (50% of target or above)
• Below 50% of target, salary will be proportionate to target achievement.
• Petrol / Travel Allowance: Up to 3,000 per month, as per company policy.
• Weekly payout for eligible field/travel allowance, subject to required field visits and verification.
• NPS Benefit: Eligible after completing 1 month, subject to company policy & eligibility.
• Official Company Payroll
• PF & ESI: Not Provided

Working Details

• Working Days: 6 Days per week
• Weekly Off: Sunday
• Working Hours: 8 Hours per day
• Deployment preferably in the candidate's local or nearby district, based on vacancy.
• Deployment may be anywhere in Tamil Nadu based on business requirements and mutual suitability.
