Job summary

Vijay Enterprises in Nagpur is seeking a Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will generate leads, visit industries, and promote packaging solutions including machinery, films, straps, and tapes.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of field sales experience (freshers with strong communication and sales skills can apply). A valid two-wheeler license and fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi are required; willingness to travel is essential.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate with willingness to travel for customer visits.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving licence mandatory.
• Strong English, Hindi and Marathi communication.
• Field Sales / B2B / Industrial Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling and referrals.
• Visit industries, factories and manufacturing units to identify packaging requirements.
• Promote packaging machinery, stretch film, PP/PET straps, BOPP tape and other packaging solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and coordinate machine demonstrations/trials.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close orders.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the technical/service team for customer requirements.
• Maintain daily visit reports and update the sales pipeline.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and customer requirements.

Vijay Enterprises, an authorized Signode Channel Partner, is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team.

Position

Field Sales Executive – Industrial Packaging Solutions

Location: Nagpur

Experience: 1–3 Years preferred | Freshers with strong communication & sales skills can also apply

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Allowances

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling and referrals
• Visit industries, factories and manufacturing units to identify packaging requirements
