Job summary

ACT FIBERNET is seeking a field sales executive in the Lucknow region to drive revenue by selling company products and services to targeted customers. The role emphasizes proactive lead generation through door-to-door activity, cold calling, and on-ground campaigns to maximize branch performance.

The candidate will attend enquiries within specified TATs and submit daily reports while supporting the branch in sales planning and execution. Minimum education requirement is 12th pass.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 12th pass.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products/services to targeted customers in the assigned area of the branch.
• Attend all enquiry calls within the TAT.
• Generate own leads by door-to-door activity and cold calls in the assigned area.
• Submit daily call reports to branch Sales In charge.
• Conduct weekly BTL activity through kiosk, leafleting, and brochure distribution.

Purpose of the Role

Responsible for meeting sales target through the Assigned Projects.

Role Description

• Sell company products / services to targeted customers in the assigned area of the branch
• Attend all enquiry calls with in TAT
• Generating Own leads by way of Door to Door activity & Through Cold calls in the assigned area
• Submitting Daily call reports to branch Sales In charge
• Conducting weekly BTL activity through Kiosk activity / Leafleting / Boucher Distribution etc
• Conducting & participating in on Ground activity / Group activity to counter competition
• Generating sales from Low Utilized Element with in the assigned area to maximize Capacity utilization
• Assist Branch Sales In charge in the preparation of Sales plan for the area

Key Result Areas

Role is responsible for acquiring new clients for business growth and maximize the profits of the organization by meeting the required sales targets
