Job summary

Excitel in Bengaluru is seeking a Field Sales Executive to achieve weekly targets across the territory, conduct door-to-door sales, and promote Excitel plans to potential customers.

The role requires punctuality, updating daily sales records, and building strong relationships with customers while coordinating promotional activities and documentation.

Qualifications

• Preferably 12th pass or graduate.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; local language familiarity helps.
• Must have proven sales skills and be a self-starter.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
• Experience in door-to-door sales is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets for the entire territory.
• Perform door-to-door sales to sign up new customers.
• Attend morning meetings and adhere to dress code.
• Update daily sales reports (DSR) in the software.
• Distribute brochures and promote Excitel plans.
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate promotional activities in allocated areas.
• Submit required CAF documents after each sale.

Job Summary

Field Sales Executive would be responsible for fulfilling sales targets provided to them on a weekly basis and give outstanding performance on the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving sales targets of the entire territory to achieve his own target.
• Responsible for door to door sales.
• Must reach on time for the Morning meeting (starting at 8:30 a.m.) dressed according to dress code.
• Responsible for updating DSR in software by the end of the working day.
• Responsible for distribution of brochures.
• Aware of products, area and competition
• Responsible for making customers aware about the plan, convince them to increase their interest in Excitel plans.
• Responsible for organizing promotional activities in allocated areas through standy, canopy, promotable sun packs etc.
• On the completion of sale, he /she would be responsible for submitting one copy of CAF to LCO and original copy to immediate TL along with self-attested supporting documents. (Docs will include Photograph of subscriber, copy of ID proof, address proof)
• Responsible for making good interpersonal relationships with existing & prospect customers.

Professional Experience/ Qualification

• Preferably 10+2/Graduate
• Advanced knowledge of Hindi and English, and local language
• Must have got sales skill set
• Must be self-starter
• Target achiever
• Preferably sales experienced
