The candidate will coordinate with sales, dispatch, accounts and production teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely payments, while supporting promotional activities to expand market presence.

Responsibilities

• Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, plumbers, and other potential customers.
• Generate enquiries and convert them into sales.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and dealers.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities and pricing.
• Collect market feedback and share information with the management.
• Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, accounts, and production teams for smooth order execution.
• Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and visit reports.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
• Support promotional activities and expansion of the company's market presence.
