Job summary

InsuranceDekho in Kanpur is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to grow the motor and health insurance agency channel. You will manage POSP agents, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining strong business relationships.

The role involves onboarding agents, servicing existing POS networks, handling customer queries, and collaborating with internal teams to streamline sales processes. Travel and regular target achievement are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream.
• 1–3 years of experience in Insurance / Sales / Agency channel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and local language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and onboard potential POSP agents within assigned territories.
• Manage and service existing POS agents to drive sales growth.
• Handle customer queries and ensure quick and satisfactory resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales processes.
• Conduct offline training and support for POSP agents.
