Paradigmit Technology Services is hiring a Field Sales Executive for the Dealer Channel Sales. The role requires visiting dealers and distributors, expanding the distribution network, and meeting sales targets while ensuring product visibility.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience in dealer/distribution sales, strong communication, and a willingness to travel with own bike and valid license.

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit dealers, distributors, and retail outlets regularly.
• Generate new dealer leads and expand the distribution network.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and collection targets.
• Ensure proper product placement and market visibility.
• Take orders from dealers and coordinate with the dispatch team.
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
• Resolve dealer complaints and provide timely support.
• Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred.
• Experience in dealer/distribution channel sales is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Candidate must own a bike and have a valid driving license.
• Should be comfortable with field work and traveling.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp reporting.
