Job summary

Railingo in Haryana's Gurugram district is seeking a hands-on field coordinator to support our sales and installation teams. You will conduct site visits for measurements, record accurate data, and help ensure readiness prior to installation.

You will follow up with leads, coordinate during installation days, log every visit in the Control Tower, and provide regular updates on field activities and customer status. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits for measurements and feasibility checks.
• Take and record accurate site measurements.
• Follow up with leads that cannot be closed over the phone.
• Support the sales team during field follow-ups.
• Assist during installation days.
• Check site readiness before installation.
• Coordinate with customers during installation.
• Prepare and track snag lists.
• Identify upcoming projects in the local market.
• Track builders and competitor activities.
• Log every visit and call in the Control Tower before the end of the day.
• Provide regular updates on field activities and customer/site status.
