Job summary

Schepper Metal Ceilings in India is seeking a proactive business development professional to identify opportunities in the Gujarat region. The role involves visiting architects, interior designers, contractors, dealers, and corporate buyers to understand requirements and present metal ceiling solutions.

You will generate enquiries, share quotations, negotiate within guidelines, and work to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets while maintaining regular follow-up for repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Generate leads through market visits, references, networking and other business development activities.
• Visit architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, dealers, distributors, corporates and other potential customers.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable metal ceiling solutions.
• Generate enquiries and ensure regular follow-up for conversion into orders.
• Prepare and share quotations and other required commercial documents.
• Negotiate with customers within approved company guidelines.
• Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers for repeat business.
