Responsibilities

• Visit paint shops, hardware stores, dealers and traders regularly to generate new business.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify new customers and expand the companys customer base.
• Generate sales leads and convert them into regular orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
• Take customer orders and coordinate with the office/godown for timely dispatch.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and payments.
• Introduce and explain the company’s products, pricing and offers to customers.
• Monitor competitor prices, products and market activities.
• Collect market feedback and share it with management.
• Ensure regular follow-up with customers to increase repeat orders.
• Maintain daily records of customer visits, enquiries, orders and follow-ups.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate for quick resolution.
• Work towards increasing sales and expanding business in the assigned area.
• Maintain professional behaviour and good relationships with customers.
• Submit daily/weekly sales and field-visit reports to management
