Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank is seeking a Branch Manager - MF for its Tamil Nadu region (Mailaduthurai area). The role focuses on leading MF lending initiatives, generating Micro LAP and Micro Housing leads, tracking repayments and ensuring timely disbursement while maintaining service quality and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 1–14 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and a track record in microfinance products.

Qualifications

• UG degree or equivalent required.
• 1-14 years of relevant experience in branch management or MF operations.
• Experience in micro LAP or micro housing finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processing & generating leads for Micro LAP & Micro Housing finance by accessing income through personal discussion & field visits.
• Track and ensure repayments of the loan disbursed.
• Lead generation & conversion for existing micro finance members who require MICRO LAP or MICRO Housing.
• Ensure consistent delivery of Equitas products and services and prompt repayment in an efficient and cost effective manner.
• Sourcing & completion of loan document application form filling and follow-up through disbursement.
