Job summary

Awign in Bengaluru is seeking a Field Recruiter to source, screen, and hire candidates through field visits, local networking, job fairs, referrals, and other channels.

You will work with HR and operations to fulfill manpower needs, meet recruitment targets, and build relationships with local communities and institutes.

Qualifications
