Job summary

More Retail is seeking a Field Recruiter to source, screen, and hire for bulk positions such as Customer Support Associates, apprentices, pickers, packers, and delivery staff across full-time and part-time roles.

You will leverage job boards, social networks, NGOs, referrals, and networks to attract qualified candidates, conduct phone screens, and arrange in-person interviews while managing the full recruitment cycle and onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates.
• Experience in field recruitment and onboarding of on-roll and off-roll staff.
• Knowledge of regional language(s) and local market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit apprentices, contractual employees and store staff to meet hiring targets.
• Source and attract candidates for bulk hiring roles via job boards, social media, NGOs and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from posting to candidate placement.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.

Purpose of the Role

The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring for various bulk hiring positions including but not limited to Customer Support Associates (CSA), Apprentice Hiring, Picker, Packer, Delivery Boys, including full time & Part time employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of job markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates.

Principal Responsibilities

• Source and Recruit apprentices, contractual employees and store management team to meet the companies hiring targets
• Source and attract qualified candidates for bulk hiring roles through job boards, social media, NGOs, referrals, and networks etc.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Enable sourcing and hiring of CSAs, apprentice, contractual employees and store management team
• Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities

Knowledge / Education

• Graduate
• Must have 2+ years of experience in Field Recruitment along with onboarding and managing on-roll and offroll employees
• Should have experience in field sourcing, recruitment, on-boarding
• Knowledge about the regional language expertise
