Job summary

Flipkart in Mysuru, Karnataka, invites applications for a field recruitment role focused on rider and blue-collar hiring. You should have experience in field recruitment and a track record of delivering hires in logistics or last-mile operations.

You will lead and mentor a team of recruiters, develop sourcing strategies across portals and referrals, conduct screenings and interviews, coordinate with operations, and drive onboarding and hiring metrics to meet workforce plans.

Qualifications

• 310 years of experience in blue-collar, volume, or rider hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for rider and blue-collar hiring requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
• Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, referrals, field recruitment drives, and social media channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and documentation verification.
• Coordinate with operations and business teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans.
• Ensure timely onboarding and joining of selected candidates.
• Track and improve recruitment metrics such as sourcing efficiency, conversion ratio, cost per hire, and joining ratio.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
