Job description

Job Purpose

The role will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing a comprehensive network of healthcare providers and partners across the zone along with team members. The role will also negotiate the best tariff structure for ABHI, manage renewals and relationships, and ensure delivery of quality services as per signed SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a network of 3,000–4,500 providers (hospital and non‑hospital) across all zones.
• Create and sustain OPD and IPD networks to provide seamless customer experience.
• Negotiate tariff structures, validity, and MoU terms with providers to achieve best pricing and discounts.
• Maintain renewals and relationships while ensuring delivery of services in accordance with SLAs.
• Analyse claims portfolios, negotiate discounts such as volume, early‑payment, and service‑level discounts.
• Conduct market research to benchmark pricing and select optimal provider packages.
• Drive digital adoption by converting provider claim processing to digital platforms and integrating with ABHI systems.
• Train and orient providers on claim processes and performance monitoring.
• Organise health talks, wellness camps, and corporate wellness initiatives for lead generation.
• Reconcile outstanding claims settlements and monitor service‑level laps.
• Support distributor relationships and coordinate with zonal sales and group operations for smooth functioning.

• Supports the regional manager in creating, developing, and managing a comprehensive network of healthcare providers and partners as per defined SOPs.
