You will also manage the efficient loan disbursement process, guiding clients through the necessary steps, explaining terms clearly, and ensuring timely access to funds. Furthermore, you willbe responsible for diligent loan collection, maintaining positive client relationships while ensuring repayment schedules are met and addressing any client queries or concerns professionally. Utilizing mobile applications and company-provided smartphones will be integral for recording transactions, updating client information, managing your dailyfield activities, and generating reports effectively.
