Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a comprehensive range of activities designed to support our clients and operational efficiency. You will actively engage in customer acquisition, identifying and reaching out to prospective clients in the field, explaining our financial products and services clearly and persuasively. A significant part of your role will be dedicated to business sourcing, generating new leads and expanding our client base within your assigned territory. You will guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately completed for KYC verification, and facilitate smooth loan disbursement. Furthermore, you will be responsible for diligent loan collection, following up with clients regarding repayments and managing any overdue accounts with professionalism and empathy. Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills will be essential as you build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their queries and providing excellent service. You will also be expected to utilize smartphone usage and mobile application handling for various tasks, including data entry, client information management, and operational reporting, ensuring efficient and accurate record-keeping.
Weare looking for candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience, demonstrating a keen interest in financial services and community engagement. A strong aptitude for learning, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in handling mobile applications are essential. The annualsalary for this full-time role ranges from INR 144,000 to INR 216,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
