The role involves researching the market, meeting weekly and monthly targets, arranging client meetings, handling feedback, and coordinating with back-office and plant teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Generate business leads and send information to prospects.
• Make cold calls to potential customers and build relationships.
• Work toward weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Arrange meetings with clients and demonstrate products.
• Research the market to identify potential target customers.
• Take ownership of deals until payment is completed.
• Hand over customer portfolios to back office and ensure satisfactory service.
• Meet customer requirements and address demands.
• Obtain customer feedback periodically.
• Handle complaints and coordinate with plant to resolve issues quickly.
