Job summary

Purview Services in Coimbatore seeks a proactive sales professional to generate leads, send information, and build client relationships. You will pursue weekly and monthly targets, arrange meetings, and demonstrate products to potential customers.

You will own the deal from initial contact through payment, coordinate with back office for handover, gather feedback, and address customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and growth.

• Generating business leads and sending out information.
• Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.
• Working on weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations.
• Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.
• He will be totally responsible for the deal until the payment is complete.
• Handing over the customer portfolio to the back office and ensuring satisfactory service to the customer.
• Meeting customer requirements and demands.
• Customer feedback from time to time.
• Tending to customer complaints and coordinating with the plant to resolve the issues at the earliest.
