Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹30,000/Month
• Travel Allowance: ₹3,000 /Month
• Performance Incentives: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000/month (₹3,000 per successful Hire)

Language Requirements

• Telugu – Mandatory
• Hindi/English – Good to have
