The role requires 8–12 years in field collections, with 2–3 years in a managerial capacity, and Kannada language proficiency. Travel to field sites will be necessary.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Field Collections.
• 2–3 years in a managerial/senior managerial collection role.
• Kannada language is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of field collection and recovery processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end field collection operations.
• Lead and manage Collection Managers, Team Leaders, and Field Collection Executives.
• Drive monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Monitor team productivity, collection efficiency, PTP, RPC, and recovery performance.
• Develop strategies to improve collections and reduce delinquency.
• Conduct field visits and monitor team performance.
• Ensure proper allocation of accounts and territories.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and senior management to meet objectives.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Field Collections to manage

field collection operations and lead collection teams. The candidate will be

responsible for achieving recovery targets, improving team productivity, and ensuring

smooth field operations.

Candidate Requirements
