• Excellent people, agency/vendor, negotiation, and escalation management skills.

• Handle escalations, high-risk accounts, field visits, repossession/RCU, and legal recovery.
• Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly MIS and provide performance insights.
• Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Product, Data, and Operations teams.
• Ensure compliance, SOP adherence, productivity, and audit readiness.

Candidate Requirements:-

• Graduate/MBA preferred.
• 8 to 10 years of collections experience, with minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
• NBFC / Fintech / Digital Lending experience in personal Loans is mandatory.

• Strong experience in high-volume portfolio and field collections management.
• Excellent people, agency/vendor, negotiation, and escalation management skills.
• Strong knowledge of collection MIS, analytics, and performance tracking.
