Job summary

Supra Pacific Financial Services in Kerala seeks an experienced collections leader to oversee end-to-end collections across districts. You will manage a team of Collection Managers, Collection Executives, Agencies and Tele-callers to drive recovery and reduce NPA.

You will conduct regular field visits, monitor bucket-wise delinquency, coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal & Sales, and implement corrective actions for high-risk portfolios while ensuring RBI Fair Practices Code compliance.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Collections (NBFC/BFSI preferred).
• Proven experience handling large teams and multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of field collections, skip tracing, repossession, agency management, and settlement negotiation.
