What you will do as Field Collection & Recovery Executive – NBFC Receivables

• Follow up with customers for pending and overdue payments. Conduct collection and recovery activities as per company policies. Maintain regular communication with customers regarding outstanding dues. Visit customers when required for payment collection and recovery. Negotiate payment schedules and support timely resolution of outstanding accounts. Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions. Coordinate with internal teams regarding payment status and unresolved accounts. Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets. Prepare and submit regular collection reports to the reporting manager. Ensure professional and respectful communication with customers at all times.

Who should apply

• Graduate in any discipline preferred. Previous experience in collection, recovery, field collection, banking, NBFC, or financial services will be an advantage. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of the local area and customer handling. Comfortable with field visits and target-based work.
