Paisa Bazaar in Gurgaon is hiring for Tele Collection / Recovery Executive (Sec-44). This role requires prior experience in tele collection and knowledge of financial products. DRA certification is preferred, freshers are not considered, and there is no field collection.

The position offers a day shift (9:30–6:30), 6 working days per week, and a fixed salary with ample incentive potential.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have experience in tele collection.
• Candidates with a DRA certificate are preferred.
• Experience in handling financial products (personal loans, business loans, credit cards).
• Graduation completed is required.

Responsabilités

• Handle tele collection calls with customers and follow up on dues.
• Ensure compliance with DRA guidelines during recoveries.
• Maintain knowledge of financial products to assist customers.
• Document interactions and update loan accounts accurately.
