Job summary

VMR Capital Solutions is seeking a Collection Executive for field-based work in Chennai. The role involves managing overdue accounts, conducting field visits, and negotiating repayment plans to recover EMIs. You will maintain documentation and coordinate with internal teams to resolve disputes.

The position targets 16.5k–20k INR monthly in Chennai, Salem, Coimbatore, Trichy, and Hosur, depending on location. Local language proficiency and a two-wheeler with a valid license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Fresher to 2 year of experience in collections.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Two wheeler with valid driving license.
• Local language proficiency preferred.
• Basic MS Excel knowledge

Responsibilities
