Strong Hindi communication and prior target-driven experience are essential. The role requires comfortable working from office in Kolkata with flexible timings to suit client availability, including weekends or evenings when needed,

Pavitra Rishta Match Making is seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and experienced Senior Telesales Executive cum Client Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls to prospective clients using filtered data provided by the company. Your primary focus will be understanding client requirements, pitching our premium matrimonial matchmaking packages, converting leads into sales, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.Prior experience in the matrimonial sector or a target-driven telesales environment is mandatory. Outstanding verbal communication skills in Hindi are strictly required for this position.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling & Sales Conversion: Make professional outbound calls using the verified data sheets provided by the company to connect with prospects looking for matchmaking services.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets independently. Maintain a consistent track record of closing deals.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as a dedicated relationship manager for onboarded clients. Understand their matchmaking preferences, handle their profiles with high confidentiality, and assist them through their matchmaking journey.
• Consultative Pitching: Explain the value proposition of Pavitra Rishta's customized packages clearly, handling client objections gracefully and professionally.
• Data & Pipeline Management: Maintain clean and updated accurate records of all call interactions, follow-up schedules, and payment statuses in the internal tracking sheet or CRM.
• Customer Retention: Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction, driving renewals and word-of-mouth referrals.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience (Mandatory): Solid experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or Telemarketing. Previous experience specifically within the Matrimony sector or related high-interaction consumer sectors (e.g., Insurance, Real Estate, Banking, Education Course Sales) is strictly mandatory.
• Language Proficiency (Mandatory): Complete professional fluency in Hindi is mandatory. Candidates must have excellent articulation, active listening skills, and a polite, persuasive phone etiquette.
• Target-Driven Mindset: Must be highly self-motivated with a proven ability to meet and handle individual revenue targets without constant supervision.
• Age Limit: No Age Bar. We welcome experienced professionals of any age who possess the energy, maturity, and capability to close sales and manage sensitive client relationships.
• Work Setup & Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in a standard Work from Office model and adaptable to flexible timings to accommodate client availability (especially during weekends or evening hours if required to close deals).
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence, as matchmaking involves dealing with sensitive family matters.
