Job summary

FIRST NEEDS SALES PVT LTD is seeking an export sales professional to develop and manage international buyer relationships for FMCG/food exports. The role involves generating export enquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating with production, logistics, CHA/freight forwarders and accounts to ensure timely shipments and payments.

The candidate should have 2-5 years of experience, strong English communication, and proficiency in export documentation and Incoterms. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in export sales, international business development or FMCG/food exports.
• Good knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms and international payments.
• Strong English communication and professional email-writing skills.
• Comfortable communicating with overseas buyers by email, phone and online meetings.
• Good MS Excel/Office and CRM skills.
• Willingness to learn and travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage international buyer relationships.
• Generate export enquiries and convert them into orders.
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices and export documentation.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, CHA/freight forwarders and accounts.
• Track shipments, payments and customer follow-ups.
• Research new markets, distributors and food importers.
• Maintain CRM/customer records and weekly export sales reports.
