Job summary

ConveGenius invites dynamic individuals to join as SwiftBharat Fellows to implement the PAL intervention across government schools in Andhra Pradesh. You will conduct daily school visits, observe classroom interactions, and provide mentoring to students and teachers using technology.

Build strong relationships with school leadership and local officials, regularly collect and analyze data to drive decisions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations on the ground.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3 years of experience in education, teaching, or field program implementation.
• Basic digital literacy and access to a personal device (smartphone/tablet/PC).
• Proficiency in English and Telugu (read, write, speak).
• Candidates with personal transport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily school visits (1-2 schools) to implement and monitor learning programs.
• Observe classroom interactions to identify student learning levels and engagement patterns.
• Provide need-based contextual mentoring to students and support teachers with technology solutions.
• Create awareness and secure buy-in from stakeholders to drive adoption of the technology platform and program initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with school leadership, teachers, local education officials, and community representatives.
• Collect, analyze, and report data to inform decisions and drive program improvement.
• Leverage assessment data to drive action on the ground.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.

We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our mission as SwiftBharat Fellows. As a Fellow, you will play a critical role in implementing the Personalised Adaptive Learning (PAL) intervention across the government schools in Andhra Pradesh.

• Conduct daily school visits (1-2 schools) to implement and monitor the learning programs being implemented.
• Observe classroom interactions closely to identify student learning levels, engagement patterns, and grouping needs.
• Facilitate remedial interventions by providing need based contextual mentoring to students and supporting teachers in leveraging tech solutions effectively.
• Create awareness and secure buy‑in from relevant stakeholders to drive adoption of the technology platform and program initiatives.
• Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including school leadership, teachers, local education officials (BRCs, CRCs), and community representatives.
• Regularly collect, analyze, and report data to ensure evidence‑based decision‑making and continuous program improvement.
• Leverage assessment data and Learning indicators to drive action on the ground.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth on‑ground operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 2-3 years of experience in education, teaching, or field program implementation.
• Basic digital literacy and access to a personal device such as smart phone / tablet or a PC
• Proficiency in English and Telugu (Read, Write, and Speak)
• Candidates with access to personal transport are preferred
