Job summary

ConveGenius is seeking a field-based Education Associate to implement and monitor learning programs in intervention schools in Vidisha, MP. You will observe classroom dynamics, capture data, and support teachers with PAL Lab usage.

The role requires 1–3 years in education, a Bachelor's degree, and comfort with basic data tools. Local transport helps, and you will join a mission-driven team delivering impact at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory for all applicants.
• 1–3 years in education, teaching, or field program implementation preferred.
• Basic digital literacy and regular access to a PC or laptop.
• Candidates with access to personal transport are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily school visits to implement and monitor learning programs.
• Observe classroom interactions to identify student learning levels and engagement.
• Provide technical support to schools for student profiles, assessments, and PAL Lab use.
• Support PAL software usage and ensure regular utilization in school hours.
• Create awareness and secure buy-in from local stakeholders for adoption.
• Collect, analyze, and report data for evidence-based decisions and improvement.
• Document ground stories as case studies and success stories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily school visits to implement and monitor the learning programs being implemented in the intervention schools.
• Observe classroom interactions closely to identify student learning levels, engagement patterns, and grouping needs.
• Provide technical support to the schools in managing student profiles, conducting assessments, and technical troubleshooting.
• Support students in using the AI-powered PAL software, ensuring regular and optimal utilisation of the PAL Lab during school hours.
• Create awareness and secure buy-in from local stakeholders to drive adoption of the technology platform and program initiatives.
• Regularly collect, analyze, and report data to ensure evidence-based decision-making and continuous program improvement.
• Documentation of ground stories in the form of Case studies and Success stories.

Candidate Profile:

• Technology Orientation — Comfort with using learning platforms, conducting basic data analysis using tools like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, and facilitating tech-driven interventions.
• Interest in Learning Pedagogy — Genuine curiosity about how students learn and how technology can enhance those outcomes.
• Strong Observation Skills — Ability to keenly watch classroom dynamics and translate them into actionable insights.
• Mentoring Mindset — Readiness to coach students and teachers, and openness to receiving feedback for self-improvement.
• Negotiation and Relationship-Building — Comfort in engaging with multiple stakeholders at the school level.
• Self-Discipline and Planning — Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively and meet weekly and monthly goals.
