Job summary

Flipkart Group is seeking an experienced warehouse operations leader to oversee daily goods movement at the fulfilment center. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams to meet targets, validating incoming shipments, and maintaining precise stock records.

You will lead teams, conduct regular stockcounts, train staff on safety and packing standards, and analyze metrics to drive continual improvements across the operation.

Qualifications

• Background in fulfilment center or warehouse operations.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or MBA preferred.
• Proven ability to spot inefficiencies and drive process improvements that cut costs.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards across all warehouse activities.

• Train new and existing warehouse staff on safety protocols, sorting methods, packing standards and system usage.
• Analyze operational metrics, identify bottlenecks and prepare reports for management review.
