Job summary

IPSCOM Returnable Pvt ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end process and fulfillment across multiple locations in Chennai. You will manage invoicing, payments, and performance of Fulfilment Executives, while ensuring quality and timely delivery for customers.

The role emphasizes metrics, MIS reporting, and continuous process improvement to drive service levels and revenue protection.

• Ensure timely monthly invoice submission with validation steps.

• Support trials for new business development and process improvements.

Role & responsibilities

Operations & Process Management

• Ensure timely monthly invoice submission, including delivery challan validation, GRN collection, and payment follow-ups.


• Handle payment resolution in coordination with customers and internal teams.


• Monitor Fulfilment Executives (FEs) for performance and service delivery for assigned customers.


• Manage cluster-level exception handling and drive resolution within defined timelines.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers and Key Account Managers (KAMs).


• Ensure seamless communication, coordination, and information sharing with all stakeholders.


• Drive proactive engagement to improve cycle time compliance and customer satisfaction.

Team Management & Leadership

• Lead, guide, and review performance of Fulfilment Executives (FEs) and Supervisors.


• Oversee team responsibilities including:

  • Approval of repair estimates

• Review monthly forecasts and daily MIS reports to ensure alignment with targets.

Asset & Cycle Time Management

• Conduct Cycle Time Review & Analysis including:

  • Coordination with customers for clearing ageing RPK
  
  
  
  


• Ensure quality validation of repaired assets and plan preventive maintenance activities.

Audit & Compliance

• Plan and execute stock audits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.


• Maintain high standards of operational governance and reporting accuracy.

Business Growth Support

• Facilitate trials for new business development.


• Identify opportunities for process improvement, revenue enhancement, and risk mitigation within the cluster.
