Capgemini in Pune seeks an IT systems analyst to administer, analyze, and prioritize system issues, and to negotiate action plans for resolution. You will support workflow improvements, reporting, and data availability monitoring using Power Automate and related Power Platform technologies.

The role involves liaising with IT, users and vendors, handling incidents, and running small projects with minimal supervision. Strong documentation and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows (RPA).
• Knowledge of Power Platform environments, solutions, and deployment processes.
• Experience managing bots, machine groups, unattended automation, and gateways.
• Ability to analyze logs, RCA, and production support activities.
• Understanding of Dataverse, connectors, authentication, and service accounts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Power Platform ALM practices is preferred.

Job Description:

Administers, analyzes, and prioritizes systems issues and negotiates a course of action for resolution. Supports work flow and solutions; trouble shoots user errors and supports reporting capabilities. Utilizes system monitoring utilities to monitor system availability. Extracts and compiles data system monitoring data to create availability scorecards and reports

Essential Job Functions

Perform research, systems analysis and design and makes recommendations to management. Act as a liaison between IT, users and vendors in development and maintenance of systems. Identify, prioritize and report system problems, changes and enhancements to proper support locations and ensure that follow up is p erformed. Perform business analysis and interview clients to determine business needs and project scope. Negotiate, and implement business objectives. Review data from system monitoring utilities to prepare detailed reports on system availability. Maintain and administer system monitoring utilities. Ability to run small projects with minimal supervision. Independently, run technical calls and report to senior management Ability to run large transformation projects, handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Able to backstop for a Program Manager Level 1 position whenever needed.

Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows (RPA) Knowledge of Power Platform environments, solutions, and deployment processes Experience managing bots, machine groups, unattended automation, and gateways Ability to analyze execution logs, audit logs, exceptions, and error reports Understanding of Dataverse, connectors, authentication, and service accounts Provide Level 1/Level 2 support for Power Automate solutions by troubleshooting workflow failures, connectivity issues, authentication problems, and performance bottlenecks Experience with incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and production support Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of CI/CD and Power Platform ALM practices is preferred Understanding of Power Platform monitoring and governance tools is an advantageAdditional Preferred Branch(es) of Study
