Capgemini seeks an experienced IT professional to design and validate complex business applications, aligning IT solutions with business goals. You will mentor junior staff and review technical designs for quality and consistency across projects.

You will collaborate with business units, assist in cost/benefit analyses, and support implementation activities while resolving environment issues and ensuring successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of PowerBI Desktop/Service experience.
• Advanced Power Query and DAX experience.
• SAP Data Sphere or S/4 HANA experience (4-6 years).

Responsibilities

• Design and validate the technical design for business applications.
• Mentor lower level colleagues and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Act as liaison between Business and IT and align with business requirements.
• Assist with implementation activities and troubleshooting as required.

Job description

Provides high level of expertise in the design and functionality of business applications; Understands the business objectives and how best they can be supported by IT; Responsible for the conceptual design of business applications; Reviews and validates the technical design for business applications provided by the supplier; Performs quality review checks on project deliverables; Validates suppliers estimates; Performs impact analysis of application changes across various components; Estimates Rough Order of Magnitude to implement new application functionality; Specifies / recommends integration and parallel testing criteria; Supports the implementation activities, as required; Mentors lower level colleagues.
