Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a senior BI professional in India to design, validate, and oversee business analytics solutions across multiple platforms. The role involves collaboration with IT and business teams to ensure alignment with corporate goals and the efficient delivery of data-driven insights.

You will mentor junior staff, review supplier technical designs, and support implementation and testing activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Designs and reviews conceptual and detailed IT solutions aligned with business goals.

• Acts as liaison between Business and IT to develop high-level plans and cost estimates.

Responsibilities

Provides high level of expertise in the design and functionality of business applications; Understands the business objectives and how best they can be supported by IT; Responsible for the conceptual design of business applications; Reviews and validates the technical design for business applications provided by the supplier; Performs quality review checks on project deliverables; Validates suppliers estimates; Performs impact analysis of application changes across various components; Estimates Rough Order of Magnitude to implement new application functionality; Specifies / recommends integration and parallel testing criteria; Supports the implementation activities, as required; Mentors lower level colleagues.

Requirements

• PowerBI Desktop/Service, Power Query - Advanced (7+ Years)
• DAX and SQL Server - Advanced (7+ Years)
• SAP Data Sphere or S/4 HANA - Intermediate (4-6 Years)
